Osječani: Stećci, Mosque and Hotels

One of the oldest mosques in the Goražde area stands in Osječani; it was built in 1624. Its history includes several reconstructions: the mosque was rebuilt in 1947, burned down during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and rebuilt again in 2000.

The Osječani local community extends to an elevation of 1,350 metres. Osječani belongs to a group of local communities with distinctly hilly-mountainous terrain and higher elevations.
