Culture and History
Two historic churches are recorded in Dolno Draglishte: St. Dimitar, built in 1835 and listed as a cultural monument of national significance, and St. Bogoroditsa, built in the 16th century. The nationally significant cultural heritage of the former church includes murals by painters from the Teteven School, as well as icons from the iconostasis created in 1838 by Teodosiy (Dosyu) Koev and his student Stancho.
