The Museum of Razlog Chaush uses exhibits to illustrate local folklore and ways of life, as well as customs associated with Babinden, Easter, and St. George's Day.
The Historical Museum – Razlog is housed in a Bulgarian National Revival house in the Razlog-Chepino style from the late 19th century, near the city center; the building was reconstructed in 1905 according to its original floor plan.
The “Ancient Solar Calendar” in Razlog’s central park consists of 12 marble moraines with carved animal figures arranged in a circle.
Traditions
Starchevata takes place in Razlog every year on January 1; bells, drums, and zurnas mark the beginning of the New Year Kukeri festival.
During Starchevata, groups from Razlog’s seven neighborhoods appear as Chaushi, Kukeri, costumed young women and men, Survakari, bear handlers, entertainers, and musicians with zurnas and drums.
Every other year, Razlog hosts an international Kukeri carnival attended by mask and Kukeri groups from around the world.
Nature
The Golak hill above Razlog is visited by locals and city guests for walks, relaxation, and views over the Razlog Valley.
The Steps Eco Trail on Golak has 54 recreation spots and 30 viewpoints. A 12-meter-high observation tower, benches, swings, and wooden loungers stand on the ridge of Golak.
Church
The “St. Annunciation Church” stands in the heart of Razlog and has a 26-meter-high bell tower. The interior of the “St. Annunciation Church” was completely decorated with frescoes from 2000 to 2008.
City
Razlog’s Water Alley is located in the city center.
