A traditional regional festival of masked games in Gorno Aleksandrovo presented 14 Kuker groups, which displayed costumes and reenacted customs for residents and visitors. The festival aimed to explore, preserve and promote local and regional folklore and pass it on to younger generations. It was organized by the Municipality of Sliven, the local mayor’s office and the community center „Пробуда 1929“.

The local cultural community center includes the Народно читалище „Пробуда 1929“. The renovated community center includes a cinema hall that provides space for public events and rehearsals of local folk song and folk dance ensembles. The renovation also included the installation of a wheelchair ramp. The Church of St. Petka is recorded with the date 1920.
