Progled: Hotels and accommodations

Progled is a destination for travelers who want to book a hotel and consider both the character of a place and its surroundings. The settlement is located 4 km from Pamporovo. It can be reached from the junction of the main Chepelare–Pamporovo–Smolyan road; there is a small parking area at this point, and the turnoff to the settlement leads along a steep road.

Nature

The Kutsinsko Blato area is located above Progled. It is designated as a natural monument and is a rare place in the Balkans where the Rhodope lily blooms from mid-June to early July.

Culture

Progled's annual village festival is traditionally held on the first Saturday in July. The venue is a meadow with a playground, about a 20-minute walk uphill from the settlement. There are wooden tables and benches under the pine trees, as well as a stage.

Farasinós is located in the wider regional surroundings of Progled.

Activities

During the summer season, the Velopark in Pamporovo offers specialized mountain bike rentals as well as protective equipment for riding.

Surroundings

The Snezhanka Tower, Karamandzha, Sveti Vrach, and Tuzlata are located in the area surrounding Progled. Chala is near Progled.
