The gallery has more than 140 square meters of exhibition space. Its rooms include a permanent exhibition hall, a solo exhibition hall, and two storage rooms. The courtyard has space for small-scale outdoor sculptures. Alongside its exhibition rooms, the gallery therefore also has a dedicated outdoor area for sculpture.

The Radnevo Municipal Art Gallery holds 12 to 15 exhibitions each year. These include presentations from the collections of major Bulgarian galleries as well as solo exhibitions. During the May Cultural Days, the gallery holds the “Svetlina, zemiya, hora” plein-air painting and sculpture event each year. Its program thus encompasses different forms of artistic practice and exhibition.
