Marčana: Hotels and Accommodation

History and Townscape

Marčana developed on the foundations of a prehistoric hill fort and an ancient settlement. The parish church of St Peter and Paul dates from the 15th century. Marčana is also home to a medieval church dedicated to St Anthony of Padua. This church was extended in the late 16th century.
