Cycling Route
A mountain biking route begins in the Marović area above Tuliševica as a forest road leading north. It leads to the Učka Tunnel and then westwards towards Grnjac. From Mala Učka, the route crosses a plateau and passes through a pine forest to Vela Učka, then continues on an asphalt road to the Poklon Pass. The mountain biking route is 27 kilometres long and has an elevation gain of approximately 450 metres.
Culture and History
A large, walled water cistern is located near the school in Tuliševica. It has been constructed and descriptively marked, and is accessible to people interested in the local ethno-ecological heritage. The Tuliševica water cistern is described as a monument to earlier masonry work.
The dry-stone workshop Kamik & Gromači held its eighth edition on 19 April 2026 at Janjetići 27 in Tuliševica. Tuliševica is also associated with the Anton Plašimuha Ethnological Park, which is located in a restored terraced landscape characterised by dry-stone walls.
Historically, Andre Lazarić-Bak carried water several times a day from a well in Tuliševica to Lovran’s old town. Kalac is located on a hill beside the hiking signpost to Knezgrad.
