The Archaeological Zone of Caska is protected cultural property and an archaeological site. Caska is associated with archaeological sites that reflect the area's long history, as well as with the estate of the Roman family of the Calpurnii Pisones. The ruins of St. George's Church in Caska are registered as cultural property Z-4702. The present-day St. George's Church probably dates from the 14th century. Underwater archaeologists discovered an ancient harbor in Caska Bay that belonged to a Roman senator's villa.
