Coast

Rukavac is located on a bay described as the largest and best-protected bay on the southeastern coast of Vis. It is enclosed by the capes of Polivalo and Gnjila and protected to the south by the islet of Ravnik.

The bays of New Rukavac and Old Rukavac are located in Rukavac Bay. The settlement has a concrete pier where fishing boats land their catch.
