History
The stone bell tower of Borek has stood since 1888 on the site of a Baroque wooden predecessor dating from the 17th century and on the edge of the Český kras Protected Landscape Area. The smaller bell, Prokop, was cast in 1517 by Master Bartoloměj specifically for the bell tower in Borek. Visitors could look into the rooms of the bell tower in Borek and see one of the oldest surviving bell frames in the Czech Republic.
