Odrava is located on the right bank of the Ohře near its confluence with the Odrava. A stone bridge over the Odrava was built in 1841; Odrava was also located at a ford across the Odrava.

In the area surrounding the municipality of Odrava, Mostov is home to a protected memorial avenue along the main Ohře cycling route, Zámek Mostov, which has been a protected cultural monument since 1992, and a memorial oak regarded as a significant natural feature of the region. Zámek Mostov is currently not open to the public during extensive reconstruction work.

In Mostov/Hlinová, Posezení Na konci offers homemade refreshments and seating at the end of the trail near the forest.

Střelnice JIMI is located beyond Odrava in the Hlínová area, between Cheb and Kynšperk nad Ohří in the Karlovy Vary Region. In the area surrounding the municipality of Odrava, it offers public, club-based, and sports shooting opportunities as well as shooting courses. The year-round shooting competition JIMI CUP has been held annually exclusively on the grounds of Střelnice JIMI since 2000. Among other events, Family Day is held annually in Odrava.

In the area surrounding the municipality of Odrava, Potočiště is home to Kartarena, a sports complex with a go-kart track and kart rental.
