The Kořenov–Rejdice ski area is located in Dolní Rejdice at the transition between the Jizera Mountains and the Krkonoše Mountains. Access is via the Prague–Harrachov main road through Plavy, Zlatá Olešnice, and Příchovice directly to the chairlift; the area can also be reached from above via the Příchovice–Vysoké nad Jizerou road and is located immediately next to this road below the carriageway.

Winter Sports

The Rejdice ski area has a 700 m-long two-seater chairlift with a vertical difference of 120 m. It also features snowmaking and lighting; the slopes are groomed daily.

There are three official, well-groomed cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity of Rejdice; connections to the Jizera Ski Highway are also possible.

Routes and Trails

The signposted cycle route 3026 runs through Zlatá Olešnice, Rejdice, and Příchovice. The also signposted cycle route 4248 runs from Rejdice to the municipal boundary in the direction of Český Šumburk.

The Ptačí Trail begins directly at the Rejdice car park and is less than 4 km long. From the Kořenov, Rejdice bus station, it is 250 m to the Ptačí Trail.

Nature

The mountains Čertova hora, Zámky, Slezské Kamení, and Pustina are located in the vicinity of Rejdice.

Culture and History

The wider regional surroundings of Rejdice include Zamek Chojnik Castle, the Spalona Stražnica ruins, Zamek Gryf Castle, and Valdštejn Church.
