Kamenná lies in the southern foothills of the Jeseníky Mountains, in a valley hollow below a wooded slope. East of the village, the rocky Bradlo mountain rises to 601 m.

Nature

Bradlo offers views in all directions, especially southeast towards the Uničovská tabule. The forest paths around Kamenná can be used for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. The Rohle Reservoir is located in the vicinity of Kamenná, in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Rohle. The municipality of Kamenná describes it as a touristically attractive destination.

History and Culture

The first written mention of Kamenná dates from 1385. Kamenná has a chapel dating from 1757. A wire goods factory was founded here in 1873. A considerable part of the population of Kamenná was engaged in home weaving and the production of various nets.

Kamenná has a bus stop. There is also a sports complex with a children's playground and areas for volleyball and football; the children's playground was built in 2017.
