Its exterior and interior furnishings feature vernacular Baroque elements. Inside, the chapel is covered by a shallow vault and ends in a conch.

Near the Hlupín municipal office on the road to Zadní Zborovice stands the Chapel of Saint Anne Samodruhá, built in 1832. The village also has several noteworthy examples of vernacular architecture.
In the southern part of Hlupín, a heart-shaped memorial stone for an 18th-century French officer stands on a large erratic boulder. The stone commemorates his death during the War of the Austrian Succession.
