Myslín: Hotels and Accommodation

Myslín Fortress is today a single-storey rectangular building with a gabled roof covered with tiles. It has been documented since the 14th century; at the end of the 16th century, it was expanded in the Renaissance style. It also features preserved Gothic cellars.

Culture and History

The Mirovice Jewish Cemetery preserves more than 200 gravestones dating from 1764 to 1965 and is continuously maintained. It was allegedly established around 1680 in the cadastral area of the municipality of Myslín.

Trails and Landscape

The Výtvarná naučná stezka is 10 km long and intended for pedestrians and cyclists. It leads to Myslín. A QR code at the beginning of the Výtvarná naučná stezka guides visitors along the entire route.

A blue-marked hiking trail runs through Myslín to the pilgrimage site of Stražiště and onward to the ruins of Rochov hrádek. Fishing is possible in Myslín on the Vlčava-Skalice, which flows through the village. The forests around Myslín are suitable for mushroom picking.

Line S66 is listed for Myslín railway station; train connections to Březnice and Protivín are mentioned.
