Culture and history

Several historic crosses in Zvotoky date mainly from the 19th century. Southeast of Zvotoky, the Hůrecká svatyně, a group of stones, is located on Hůrka Hill. It served both a ritual and an astronomical-calendar function.

Two small streams meet in the built-up area of Zvotoky; some sections flow through culverts. North of Zvotoky, a former granite quarry is located on Tyterec Mountain. A special type of blue granite was quarried there; today, the quarry is flooded.

A green-marked hiking trail runs through Zvotoky. Cycle Route No. 1066 also passes through Zvotoky and continues to Hoslovice. Cycle Route No. 1069 follows the route of Road III/17014 between Hoslovice and Horažďovice.
