Litochovice: Hotels and Accommodation
Litochovice is characterized by a gently rolling, partly wooded hilly landscape typical of the harmonious agricultural landscape of South Bohemia. Forests, watercourses and ponds complement this landscape. At the same time, several historic farmsteads, a chapel and distinctive architectural details give the village a clearly recognizable cultural profile.

Culture
Litochovice is home to three immovable cultural monuments listed in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic. The rural farm complex Usedlost čp. 2 dates from the first half of the 19th century. It preserves a richly profiled volute gable and an adjoining gate dating from the period of rural Baroque. The complex includes a residential building, stables, a barn and a coach house; heritage protection covers the estate, including the land.
The administrator’s house Správcovský dům čp. 1 was built in the first quarter of the 16th century as a small, unfortified noble residence and belonged to the Prague Castle Chapter until 1850. Historic interiors and architectural elements have been preserved, including vaults, beam ceilings, floors, the roof structure, portals, doors and windows.
The farm complex Usedlost čp. 8 in Střítež was declared an immovable cultural monument in 1995. Its gable is considered the village’s last surviving example of the architecture typical of South Bohemia in the mid-19th century. The chapel of Saint Florian also stands in Litochovice village square. House No. 2 in Litochovice features a facade painting depicting a landscape and a windmill.
The municipality of Litochovice received a plaque for the exemplary care and complete reconstruction of the memorial to those who fell in the First World War.
