Pravice: Hotels and Accommodation

The Znojemská vinařská cyklostezka runs through Pravice. The signposted Mezi poli a vinohrady cycling route also passes through the village. It runs mainly along low-traffic roads and field paths beside the Dyje and Jevišovka rivers through the gently undulating agricultural landscape between the westernmost municipalities of Hrušovansko.

Pálení čarodějnic takes place annually in Pravice and is a social event featuring a cultural programme, music and convivial gatherings. The local firefighters build a bonfire averaging 10 m in height. Traditional events also include Easter rattling and caroling. The Pravické krojované hody are also among Pravice’s folk traditions.

The historically valuable complex of the manorial farmstead, known as Zámeček, is a cultural monument in Pravice. Zámeček has long been unused and neglected and requires extensive restoration.

On the village square in Pravice, the statue of St. Donát stands on a lawn at the northeastern corner of the granary, which belonged to the former manorial farmstead complex and the former medieval fortress. The date 1753 is inscribed on the back of its pedestal.

The Chapel of the Holy Trinity in Pravice replaced a former Gothic church in 1833; the church is mentioned in 1222 and still existed in the 18th century. The chapel was built at the expense of the Viennese merchant P. Fuhrlinger and his wife, née Hieszová from Pravice.

A 300-hectare fallow deer enclosure is located in the cadastral area of Pravice.

Bus route 822 provides direct connections from Pravice to the towns of Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou and Znojmo.
