Dolní mlýn is a watermill where Anabaptists worked from the mid-16th century onward. The year 1612 is preserved on the main beam; it is a silent witness to the life of the Anabaptists in Trstěnice. At the northern part of Dolní mlýn, there are observation turrets at the corners: one faces the former Anabaptist communal house, while the other faces the former farmyard, now Dolní dvůr.
