Těmice: Hotels and Accommodation
Every year around St. Catherine’s Day, Těmice hosts the Slovácké hody festival with věnec and káčery. The local horticultural association also organizes a traditional wine tasting every year.
Culture and Historical Traces
Among the historically valuable buildings in the village is the old mill in Těmice. Another protected example of local architecture can be found at the folk farmhouse No. 48: it features a žudro dating from the mid-19th century.
The Landscape Around Těmice
Těmice lies in a valley at an elevation of about 250 m above sea level. It is surrounded by the hills of Domanínský kopec, at 312 m, and Zadní díly, at 310 m; the Syrovínka stream flows through the village.
The Bzenecká Wine Trail
The 26 km-long Bzenecká Wine Trail runs from Ježov to Těmice and is suitable for cyclists of all categories. The hilly sections of the Kyjovská pahorkatina in the first half of the route are more demanding. Most of the route can be used year-round; a more challenging sandy section lies between Bzenec and Hrubý háj near Moravský Písek. The route runs 80% along quiet class III roads and 20% along paved and unpaved off-road sections.
Koupaliště Outdoor Swimming Pool
The Koupaliště outdoor swimming pool in Těmice has a large pool and a small pool, a snack bar, and a table tennis area. The outdoor swimming pool was prepared and open for the 2026 swimming season.

Těmice has no railway connection. Regular bus services connect the village with its surroundings.
