Intymak: Hotels and Accommodation

Intymak is associated with an ancient fortified settlement: The rectangular site was enclosed by a wall and is dated to the 10th to 12th centuries. In 1949, the site was investigated by the Zhambyl Regional Archaeological Museum. Its inhabitants practiced irrigated agriculture.

Culture

The village of Madimar is also associated with local historical references. It is connected with the local historical figure Madimar Raiymbekuly, after whom it was named. The local history of the village is described as beginning in 1929 and is also connected with the historian Nygmetulla Kiikbayev.
