Naryn: Hotels and Accommodations

Regional excursions associated with Naryn include the Tash Rabat caravanserai, Salkyn Tor National Park, and the Teshik Geopark and Nature Area. They offer Silk Road heritage, hiking opportunities, wildlife, geological formations, and mountain landscapes.

Near Naryn, Tash-Rabat is a historical and architectural monument from the 15th century associated with the Silk Road.

Getting There and Local Connections

Shared taxis and marshrutkas operate regularly between Bishkek and Naryn. The same important east-west corridor connects Naryn with Kochkor.

The local CBT office can arrange drivers for onward travel from Naryn, organize permits for restricted-access zones, and connect travelers with herder families. Budget guesthouses and homestays are concentrated near the center of Naryn.
