The church contains preserved sandstone tombstones from the 18th century commemorating prominent Protestant residents of Zduny. It also bears traces of German shelling from the first day of the Second World War.

A monument on Plac 700-lecia commemorates residents of Zduny who died in the Greater Poland Uprising and the Second World War. The obelisk was originally erected around 1900 for soldiers who fell in the Franco-Prussian War.

Zduny’s Rynek is home to the town hall, the municipal office, and numerous listed historic tenement houses and buildings.
