Młoszowa lies in the valley of the Młoszówka stream, on the edge of the Pagóry Myślachowickie and Niecka Dulowska areas. Puszcza Dulowska, a fragment of Tenczyński Landscape Park, lies in the southern part.

The palace and park complex in Młoszowa is listed as a cultural heritage site and features a Neo-Gothic character, preserved historic garden architecture, and stone sculptures. The oldest surviving records of Młoszowa and its owners date back to the 14th century; the complex is associated with the Florkiewicz family.
