The Minor Basilica, the Sanctuary of Our Lady Queen of Families (Sanktuarium Matki Bożej Królowej Rodzin), is a Neo-Gothic church with two distinctive towers and five wooden altars. These include a window depicting Saint Anthony, dating from 1939, and a window depicting the Assumption of Mary, dating from 1937. The Stations of the Cross beside the Church of Saint John the Baptist are also part of the townscape: created in 2008, its stations are stone sculptures depicting events from the last days of Christ’s life.

The black trail from Milanów to Parczew is 8.9 kilometers long and reaches the town via Władysława Jagiełły Street.
