Nature

To the north of Mława lies Mławski Forest, which the city describes as its most important recreational area. The forest lies within the Zieluńsko-Rzęgnowski Landscape Protection Area and in the Mława Heights.

The Mławski Tourist Trail is primarily intended for hiking and cycling and leads through Mława and several surrounding municipalities. The 47-kilometre route is a revitalized former battle trail from September 1939.
