It lies at the junction of the Orzyny–Dźwierzuty and Orzyny–Rańsk roads, west of the Szczytno–Mrągowo route. Its location by these roads offers a different point of reference from Kulka’s shoreside and woodland features.

Access to Lake Arwiny from Orzyny is considered reasonably good and leads through meadows and fields. There are several large piers along the shores. If their condition matters for your visit, check it in advance. Fishing is also one of the recreational activities at the lake.

The Palace and Manor House Trail connects Małszewko, Budy, Grądy, Grodziska, Zalesie, Rogale, Przytuły, Targowska Wola, Popowa Wola, Orzyny, Targowo and Jabłonka. Orzyny lies along this trail. This provides a specific route option for travellers who would like to include several of these places in their plans.

Orzyny beach also has a cultural connection: at a concert, it was described as a natural, beautifully situated amphitheatre suitable for such events.
