The Ethnographic Museum is located in the Brus Cultural Center. Its permanent exhibition is spread across four interconnected rooms; since the museum was founded, more than two thousand museum exhibits and other museum material have been collected. It is dedicated to the fallen fighters of the Kopaonik region and those who fell in the National Liberation War. The fountain was erected in 1952.

Brusko Lake brings a natural space into the urban surroundings. A promenade around the lake enables walking and running activities by the water and along the Rasina. This should be distinguished from the waterfront promenade with a footpath that follows the course of the Rasina and is lined with green spaces and trees.

The Olympic outdoor swimming pool is part of the recreational facilities. The pool was specifically designed and built for swimming competitions. The Olympic-size swimming pool was built in 1954.

The Bruski korzo is the central pedestrian zone in the heart of the town. Bruska banja lies 423 meters above sea level on the left bank of the Graševac and in the immediate vicinity of the central urban area. It is one of the four more significant thermomineral springs in the municipality of Brus.
