Budak: Hotels and Accommodation

History

The first known references to the location of Budački Bridge come from 18th-century military maps.

A massive stone Budački Bridge was built in the mid-19th century; its original foundations have been preserved. It served the people of Gospić for more than 80 years.

Nearby, at Stari Budak in Mušaluk, the remains of a tower known locally as Bešića kula are associated with the possible medieval town of Budak.
