Prozor is associated with the Roman municipium of Arupium. Its remains include residential and agricultural buildings, a small thermal complex with mosaics and frescoes, burial monuments, an ancient quarry, and two Mithraea. Culture and History
Prozor is home to the hillforts Mali and Veliki Vital. They are the remains of a fortified Japodian settlement from the Early and Late Iron Ages. The complexes include cemeteries with bronze, amber, glass, and other archaeological grave goods.
