The memorial park and memorial house of the 153rd Brigade in Velika Buna serve as museums dedicated to commemorating all fallen defenders and members of the brigade. The site is open to visitors on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; on other days, visits by organized groups are possible by arrangement. The site remains closed to visitors throughout August, and admission is free.

Nature and Hiking

The Šumarica educational hiking trail is considered the first hiking trail in the Vukomeričke gorice. It is approximately 9 kilometers long, connects the villages of Krušak and Kozjača, includes nine educational stations with information boards in Croatian and English, and is marked in both directions. Krušak and Kozjača are connected to Velika Gorica by a regular bus service, providing public access to this hiking trail.
