History and culture

Dragozetići is considered one of the oldest Croatian settlements on the island. The parish church in Dragozetići was built in 1863. It contains a Renaissance marble polyptych from the 15th century as well as a relief of Saint Mary holding the Child. The older cemetery church in Dragozetići dates from 1642.

In Pregrajena, a quay from the Austrian period and several fishermen's houses have been preserved. A path leads from the cemetery to Pregrajena Bay. The boundary wall of Dragozetići is approximately 6 km long and was built as an unjula to separate village and garden land from pastureland. Dragozetići has around one hundred stone houses. The Prestenica lighthouse building is connected with Dragozetići.
