Hreljići is home to the Church of Our Lady of Good Health (Sveta Marija od Zdravlja), a Marian pilgrimage site in southern Istria. An annual procession with the statue of Our Lady of Good Health takes place around the church on the second Sunday in October.

The feast of Sveta Marija od Zdravlja is celebrated in Hreljići with a large procession. The church was built in 1726 and completed within two years; renovations followed in 1764 and 1980. Its interior comprises a nave, a small chapel and a sacristy, three marble altars, a wooden statue of the Virgin Mary, and a rosary dating from 1736. A cemetery was established next to the church in 1752.

The traditional music concert in Hreljići takes place in front of the Church of Our Lady of Good Health. The 2026 programme includes a traditional music concert in Hreljići, where local singers and musicians perform traditional Istrian music. The area around Hreljići also contains archaeological traces of prehistoric hill forts, Roman country villas and the Middle Ages.

Things to do

Stage 7 of the Camino South Istria runs through green terrain towards Hreljići. It identifies the Church of Saint Mary of Good Health in Hreljići as a suitable point for a short break. After stopping at the church, the stage continues along the state road to Manjadvorci.

Cycle route 341 Flanatica passes through Hreljići and is part of a 35 km circular route connecting Marčana, Krnica, Rakalj, Uvala Blaz, Belavići, Hreljići, Prodol and Divišći. The route is rated as moderately difficult and is suitable for e-bikes.
