Marasi is included in the 33.6-kilometre-long, fully paved cycling route Maslinici, vinogradi i vrtovi Vrsara. The route follows low-traffic side roads through agricultural areas and is described as suitable for a family outing or recreational cycling.

The published route of Casanova's Cycling Trail is Vrsar–Crljenka Airport–Lim Bay–Šeraj–Marasi–Vrsar. The trail is listed as having 5.3 kilometres of asphalt and 17.4 kilometres of macadam. Culture and Landscape

Several prehistoric burial mounds are visible on Veli Major Hill near Marasi.

Pink Robin Gin by Imagine Spirits is made by distilling twelve selected ingredients and then macerating it with aronia berries for one month. Guided gin tastings were offered at Imagine Spirits in Marasi, at Marasi 60; they included the production process, the spices used in production and gin tasting.
