The Trbuhovica hiking trail begins in the center of Prezid next to St. Vitus Church, follows marked paths, and forms a 7.5-kilometer circular route around the settlement that visitors can hike independently. Finding a hotel in Prezid is also part of planning a trip.

The Trbuhovica Trail also draws on the local heritage of the Roman Limes. Its name and the history of the route refer to a wall from Roman times associated with the fortified border of the Western Roman Empire.

Landscape

Trbuhovica passes through beech and fir forests, past sinkholes, mountain meadows, drinking-water springs, and streams, as well as through pastures and areas for feeding wildlife.
