Cycling
The 60 km-long Ris cycling route begins in Delnice, passes through Praprot, Podgora and Brod Na Kupi, and then returns to Delnice. It includes asphalt and gravel as well as an 8 km-long downhill section next to Podgora Turkovska. After this section, the route reaches the Kupa River at kilometre 31.5.
Nature
Praprot is a 929 m-high peak east of the source of the Kupa, covered by mixed deciduous and coniferous forest. The summit lies on a larger meadow; a sign there displays its name and elevation.
Izvor Kupe and its immediate surroundings have been protected as a natural monument since 1963.
