The Church of the Holy Cross is located in Turke; it is a parish church in Turke within the city of Delnice.

In 2025, the 130th anniversary of the present-day parish church in Turke was commemorated.

“Jakovska Sunday” is a traditional event in Turke that has been maintained for generations. It includes the blessing of vehicles.

The parish feast “Našašće Svetog Križa” in Turke marked the completion of the first phase of the restoration of the parish church in 2020. Pilgrims from several other parishes took part in the celebration.

A state road route identified by the city of Delnice runs through Parg, Čabar, Hrvatsko, Turke, Gašparci, and Brod na Kupi.

The Turke–Grintovec Bridge was reopened after restoration.
