Geographical Location

Zaton is located on the shore of its namesake bay in the northwestern part of Šibenik Bay, near Lake Prukljan. A paved road connects Zaton with Šibenik, which is approximately 10 km away. The landscape behind Zaton includes vineyards and Marasca cherry plantations.
