The coastal ascent to Omiška Dinara leads from Omiš through Borak and onward through Baučići, Pešići and Čečuci. After the Stražine plateau, the route reaches the highest peak of Omiška Dinara at 864 metres. The ascent from Borak reaches the Voda na Rašeljku spring after about an hour of steep climbing. Put Borka Road is steep, narrow and winding, and passable only by passenger car. In the immediate vicinity, access to Fortica continues from Put Borka Road along a well-marked forest path; the easy ascent takes up to 50 minutes.

Along the hiking trail described above stands the Luda kuća mountain hut at an elevation of 650 metres. The remains of an Illyrian fortress more than two thousand years old are located on the summit of Kula.

The Church of Saint Stephen in Borak is mentioned in records from 1527 and 1579 and predates the arrival of the Ottomans. A brotherhood responsible for caring for the church is recorded; a visitation in 1603 noted that this brotherhood had old rules. The church has a round window with a stone cross and a bell gable for two bells.
