Naklice: Hotels and accommodations

Anyone wishing to book a hotel in Naklice can continue searching for accommodation afterward. Naklice is the starting point of hiking route 806 to Stomorica. Directly beside the Church of Saint Anthony the Hermit begins an easy, officially signposted 430-meter section that leads through the village past houses and olive groves, descends to the Lisičina stream, and then climbs to the Stomorica plateau. Route 806 Naklice–Stomorica is listed as 1.53 km long; the walking time is estimated at one hour.

Hiking

Route 807 begins at the entrance to Lisičina near Omiš town bridge and the Cetina River. An official signpost for hikers is installed there. From Lisičina, the Gospa Snježna hike also climbs to the village of Naklice; it takes approximately three to four hours. Route 807 Omiš Lisičina–Naklice–Komorjak is included among the registered hiking trails associated with PD Imber Omiš.

Nature and landscape

From Naklice, Route 807 continues through low pine growth and maquis toward the Komorjak viewpoint. The Komorjak viewpoint on Route 807 offers panoramic views over Omiš and the Cetina River. On Route 806 from Naklice toward Stomorica, the views broaden with increasing elevation across the hinterland of Omiš, Poljička Dubrava, and Mosor.

Culture

The book “Nakličke užance” documents customs and games associated with Naklice. It also contains around 1,000 local phrases and proverbs, as well as a dialect dictionary with more than 7,000 words.
