Nature
Hiking trail 604 begins in Podašpilje at the turnoff to the hamlet of Mimice. It leads through a wooded landscape below the northern slope of Omiška Dinara and takes about one hour to walk.
Trail 606 begins at a bend immediately before the hamlet of Podašpilje, near the car park at the Zipline departure point. It follows the rocky northern slopes of Omiška Dinara towards the Cetina Canyon and is approximately 4.35 kilometres long. Along the way, it passes Visućgrad, a medieval fortress that once defended access to Omiš and Poljica from the Ottomans. The trail ends next to Fortica (Starigrad); from there, views extend over Omiš, the sea, and the islands.
Activities
Cetina Raft offers an approximately three-hour rafting tour on the Cetina River. The ZIPLINE adventure park uses eight steel cables with a total length of 2,100 metres.
The Cetina Canyon is described as a protected landscape of significance where visitors can enjoy walks, boat trips to explore the river, ziplining, canyoning, kayaking, and rafting. The canyon is also associated with medieval fortresses and Dalmatian cuisine.
Culture
The Kaštil Slanica restaurant is located at Franje Josipa 1 in Podašpilje–Omiš, on the site of a medieval salt market from the 16th century. It serves homemade bread baked under a peka bell and traditional soparnik.

Podašpilje is listed among the villages that developed around the Cetina River. Their agricultural traditions and agricultural production are associated with local gastronomy, including dishes partly based on organically grown local produce.
