The parish of Donje Sitno belongs to the historic area of Middle Poljica. Its Church of the Holy Trinity was built in 1904 as a stone, single-nave church with a semicircular apse. It stands above a cliff in the middle of the settlement.

Above the hamlet of Jasenovo stands the Chapel of Our Lady of Good Health, which probably dates from the late 15th century. It was extensively restored in 1997, including its surroundings and the access road.

The old Church of St. John the Baptist stands in the hamlet of Visak within Donje Sitno. It was built before 1711 from roughly hewn stone, is described as being in very poor condition, and is not recommended for religious services.
