The “Krajinou barona Ringhoffera” spring event begins in Mirošovice, either on foot or by bicycle. Since 2005, it has marked the opening of the tourism season in Ladův kraj; it usually takes place on the last weekend in April.

Štičí rybník is a 16,500 m² body of water in the western part of Mirošovice and is one of the bodies of water there used for swimming and ice skating.
The sports hall of ZŠ Mirošovice is open to the public from Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; by prior arrangement, it can also be used at other times. Activities available include volleyball, basketball, nohejbal, small-sided football, floorball and table tennis.
