Culture

Černíkovický zámek stands on the right bank of the Bělá at the eastern edge of Černíkovice. Where the château stands today, there was originally a fortress built after 1558. Between 1822 and 1825, Černíkovický zámek was rebuilt in the Empire style.

In the central part of Černíkovice, “Na vršku”, a chapel dedicated to Saint Procopius was built in 1880. Saint Procopius is its patron saint; the chapel is also included in the list of cultural monuments.

Kostel Povýšení sv. Kříže is an early Baroque building dating from 1648–1652. The complex at Černíkovický zámek also includes Podzámecký mlýn, a large Baroque mill with four millworks and part of the complex of farm and ancillary buildings.
