Jímání Cave is located on the outskirts of Štěpanická Lhota, on the slope below the road between Štěpanice and Benecko. The nearby area includes the Přední Žalý, Zadní Žalý and Šeřín mountains; Přední planina is located in the vicinity of Štěpanická Lhota.
Hiking and Winter Sports
The original section of the Lufťákova stezka trail follows an asphalt path and is accessible with a stroller. The Lufťákova stezka circular trail runs from the centre of Benecko through Štěpanická Lhota and back to the centre of Benecko via the Kejnos cable car.
The Benecko ski resort offers gentle slopes and a slalom slope for skiers with different levels of experience. The resort includes a snow park, Hopstráda, and the three children's ski parks Havrland, Family aréna and Kejnos. There are also three snow tubing runs and an option for sledding in winter.
Kejnos Kid Park has a 60-metre-long conveyor belt that helps beginners learn to ski. Family aréna offers playful ski slopes with jumps, waves, slaloms and other practice elements.

The ruins of Spalona Stražnica are located in the vicinity of Štěpanická Lhota. The wider region is home to Chojnik Castle. The Lázně Church is also located nearby; Valdštejn Church is situated in the wider regional surroundings of Štěpanická Lhota.
