Bošín: Hotels and Accommodation

The Bošínská obora adjoins Bošín and comprises meadows from the former game enclosures and pheasantry, prominent solitary trees, park-like landscaping, and an artificial pond. The Bošínská obora Nature Reserve covers 36.7811 hectares and was first designated on 1 May 1995. It protects near-natural floodplain woodland with impressive old trees; several protected bird, beetle, and plant species also occur in the Bošínská obora.

The “Choceň Educational Trail” runs through Bošín. The 35 km circular route is divided into two loops of 16 and 19 km; a shortcut leads from Kostelecké Horky through Bošín to Choceň.

The Chapel of Saint Philomena in Bošín is a filial church of the Roman Catholic parish in the Choceň deanery. The organ and the altarpiece of Saint Philomena in the Chapel of Saint Philomena in Bošín are protected as immovable cultural monuments. The Chapel of Saint Philomena in Bošín dates from 1854.

The sandstone Cyril and Methodius reconciliation cross in Bošín is a roughly hewn cross about one metre high, with an engraved Cyril and Methodius cross and a broken-off left arm; it is protected as an immovable cultural monument. It is located approximately 50 metres beyond the marked boundary of Bošín, at the edge of a strip of woodland along the road from Bošín to Běstovice.

There is a bus stop in Bošín. Limited parking is available in the village centre on a paved area in front of the grocery store and at the Chapel of Saint Philomena.
