Culture
The Municipal Museum in Ústí nad Orlicí offers exhibitions, displays, guided tours and events for the whole family. Kocianovo Ústí is a music festival that frames and complements the Kocian Violin Competition; its program is aimed at the general public. The Staročeská pouť is a traditional August festival in Ústí nad Orlicí.
Nature and active pursuits
Andrlův chlum is home to a lookout tower with a viewing platform at a height of 34.6 meters and a 49.6-meter-high steel structure. In good weather, the tower offers views of the Orlické hory, Krkonoše, Králický Sněžník and the ridges of the Svitavské pahorkatiny.
The Cakle active tourism area is located near the Tichá Orlice River. At Cakle, visitors can travel along the Tichá Orlice by rented canoe; there is also a climbing wall with a Via Ferrata.

The “Příběhy naší hranice” educational trail begins at the main railway station and is a circular route approximately 10 kilometers long. Visitors can also use the Skryté příběhy mobile app for the trail, featuring interactive game elements.
The tourist city tour of Ústí nad Orlicí comprises 12 stops along a route of approximately 13 kilometers. It can begin at Mírové náměstí or at the KČT signpost by the bus station.
