Haškovcova Lhota: Hotels and Accommodation

Landscape
The landscape around Haškovcova Lhota is bounded by the Lužnice to the east and the Smutná stream to the west. Fields, meadows and forests surround the village.
At the entrance to Haškovcova Lhota, near house no. 1, stands a lime tree regarded as the oldest tree in the village. Its age is unknown; judging by the circumference of its trunk, however, it is clearly estimated to be older than the two chestnut trees dating from 1887.
History and Village Culture
The chapel on the village green of Haškovcova Lhota was built in 1856 and has a bell. It is functional and rings every Sunday at 12 noon.
A historic trade route ran through Haškovcova Lhota from Mirotice via Orlík, Milevsko, Sepekov, Hánov, Srlín, Rataje and Bechyně to Soběslav. South of the village there is also a wayside shrine dating from approximately the first half of the 19th century.
Getting Around
From 12 December 2022, bus services on route 390 248 between Bechyně and Opařany served the village green of Haškovcova Lhota.
The playground on the village green was built in accordance with the order and had served its intended purpose since November of the previous year.
