Nature

The Račí potok stream flows through Kostelní Radouň for approximately three kilometres. There are 17 ponds in the municipality's cadastral area. The largest of these is Černoleský, also known as Panský, with an area of 11.5 ha.

Culture

The stone statue of Saint John of Nepomuk stands between the cemetery wall and the rectory garden. The Church of St Vitus has been a protected cultural monument since 1958. Its furnishings include a Rococo pulpit from 1768 and a polygonal presbytery with original tracery in the windows.

The traditional pilgrimage in Kostelní Radouň takes place on the first Sunday after St Vitus' Day, that is, after 15 June.

Routes and Events

At the Radouňské okruhy, the event venue is located at the end of Kostelní Radouň in the direction of Okrouhlá Radouň. The race starts and finishes there.

The Čertův kámen educational trail connects Lodhéřov and Kostelní Radouň, follows an existing green hiking trail marking, and is 4.5 km long. The educational trail features nine information boards and five sports and play stations with swings, balancing and climbing elements, as well as opportunities for high and long jumps.

At 659 m above sea level, Čertův kámen is the highest point of the educational trail and is located in the so-called Klenovský Massif.
